Alarm Billing and Fees

Alarm billing for false alarms are mailed quarterly.  The first 3 alarms received per year are free of charge.  The following 3 alarms will be charged at a rate of $15.00 per instance.  The 7th and subsequent alarms are charged at a rate of $50.00 per instance.  The Police Department should be notified of any change in notification procedure for all alarms.  Any billing related questions should be directed to Lizeth Menard in Records,  at (978) 475-0411 ext. 1012.
