Copies of Reports:

In order to obtain a copy of a report in person, or through the mail, you should know the date, time, and location of the incident. If the incident is a motor vehicle crash, you should also have the names of all the operators of the vehicles involved.

Copies of any incident reports or crash reports that are currently pending court will not be given out by the Records Division. Copies of these reports are available through the Lawrence District Court.

COPIES OF CRASH REPORTS WILL NOT BE GIVEN OUT UNTIL THE OPERATORS HAVE FILED THEIR "COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS OPERATOR’S REPORT" FORM WITH THIS DEPARTMENT.
