Massachusetts Records Check
There is a $25.00 fee to obtain a copy of a criminal record through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Information and forms can be downloaded through the Criminal History Systems Board.
Current Service Fees:
Records Checks in Andover Only: $5.00 Please fill out the Andover Only Record Check form and return it to the Department with the $5.00 fee attached.
