As Safety Officer I offer many services to residents and visitors to Andover. One of our most worthwhile programs is THE CHILD SAFETY SEAT INSPECTION. As a nationally certified car safety seat tech I can inspect and properly install your child's car seat. Did you know that over 90 % of all car seats are installed improperly?

Call and make an appointment. More car seat information can be found at www.mass.gov/childsafetyseats.

If you have a question about TRAFFIC, traffic law or a complaint about a speeding car or a school bus violation please contact me and hopefully we can resolve the problem. Another issue handled by the Safety Officer are "Livery" vehicles that are licensed and housed in Andover. Again if you have a question or concern about Livery or other Vehicles for hire you can contact me.

I am also available for SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS in various safety related topics. If this is something you or a group might be looking for please give me a call.

Thank you,

Officer Charles Edgerly
