The Records Division of the Andover Police Department is located on the main level of the Public Safety Center. This division is open Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM and can be reached at (978)475-0411.

Computer Crime is investigated through the Detective Division by Sgt. Donald Pattullo. He can be reached in the Detective Division by calling (978) 475-0411 ext. 1017.
Information Technology
The Andover Public Safety's Information Systems Network is administered by Lesley Hewett. The network is comprised of over
75 desktop PCs, 4 remote substations throughout the town, and wireless laptops in the patrol vehicle fleet.

Fingerprint Expert Officer Kevin Burke uses livescan technology in order to identify latent prints.
